Dee began creating jewelry in 2006 when a friend asked her to apprentice under her and learn about the world of silver smithing. She was instantly hooked.

Dee’s favorite piece of jewelry to make is anything involving custom orders. Dee loves that she has the opportunity to add personal touches to the jewelry that people trust her to bring to life.

Dee strives to create timeless pieces that anyone can wear for many years to come, pass down to the next generation and wear for any occasion. She is always learning new techniques to use in her pieces.

When she is not in the studio, Dee enjoys staying active and being outside hiking, biking, gardening, skiing, paddle boarding, boating and kayaking on Flathead Lake with her husband Bill.

Both Dee and Bill do lapidary work and she uses the stones in many of her pieces. She also has an addiction to buying stones and drinking champagne.
